Lava Foundation now supports an Incentive Pool for Arbitrum RPC, rewarding LAVA restakers & Arbitrum RPC providers.

The total incentives amount to $40k USDC across 6 months, with rewards going to LAVA restakers and Arbitrum RPC Providers on Lava - both of which will help scale and handle Arbitrum RPC traffic.

Steps to restake LAVA to Arbitrum RPC Provider

You can earn rewards from the Arbitrum incentive pool by restaking LAVA.

Restaking LAVA to a Provider directs more RPC traffic towards them, keeping the network efficient and allowing restakers to ensure top Providers handle more traffic. Restaking also helps secure the Lava blockchain, since all restakers must first stake to a Lava Validator on the Lava blockchain.

How much are payments?

Node operators will share a total of $40k USDC across 6 months.

When are payments distributed?

Payments for incentive pools are distributed on the 17th of each month.

How do I claim payments every month?

Payments can be claimed in the dashboard where you have restaked your LAVA.

Are payments in ARB or another token?

USDC. Other chains, such as NEAR, reward LAVA restakers and RPC providers. in their native token.

Is there potential for more rewards in future?

Any additional rewards are up to the decision of the Arbitrum Foundation and the Lava Foundation. Arbitrum may decide to renew/increase their incentive pool on Lava, especially if traffic on Arbitrum grows.
